If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make your return process simple and transparent.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer law.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and labels
• Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered
To start a return, please contact our customer care team at support@ardenzza.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping
We offer free returns within the United Kingdom for all eligible items.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved:
• A full refund (including the original shipping cost) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Gift cards
• Custom-made or personalized items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Send a photo and description to support@ardenzza.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
